Pet-Friendly Living at The Lakes at Concord

At The Lakes at Concord, we know pets are family! We're proud to be a pet-friendly community and welcome your four-legged companions to enjoy their new home with you.

To help create a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents, the following pet policy applies:

• Maximum of two (2) pets per apartment home.
• Pet Deposit: $500 per pet.
• Monthly Pet Rent: $50 per pet (cats and dogs).
• All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in and included on a signed Pet Addendum.

Breed & Weight Restrictions

For the safety and comfort of our community, the following restrictions apply:

• Maximum weight: 50 pounds per pet.
• Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to:
  • Pit Bull (including American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier)
  • Rottweiler
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • German Shepherd
  • Akita
  • Chow Chow
  • Presa Canario
  • Wolf or Wolf Hybrid
  • Any mixed breed that includes one of the above breeds

Responsible Pet Ownership

We ask all pet owners to help keep our community clean and welcoming by:

• Keeping pets leashed while in all common areas.
• Cleaning up after pets immediately.
• Ensuring pets do not create excessive noise or disturb neighbors.
• Preventing pets from causing damage to apartment homes or community amenities. Residents are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by their pets.
